Returns & Exchanges

At Pool House New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Print the label and securely repackage your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
